Mario's debut dates back to 1981, when the arcade game Donkey Kong didn't have a Mario name, but simply set him up as an Italian character. Mario was informally called "Mr. Video Game" and "Jump Man." There is an allusion to formal naming. When donkey Kong was brought to Nintendo of America, company employees discovered that Mario, a worker working in a warehouse, looked and acted like "Jumping Man" in the game, so "Mario" became the official name of the star character. In 1953, there was a French film called "The Reward of Terror", in which the hero was named Mario and his partner was named Luigi. I wonder if this is the reason why luigi, the twin brother, was born in the game? Mario's full name has never been officially announced.
