This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the SellAnyCode.com website and services (“Platform”, “Service”, “Website”).

SellAnyCode.com is operated by AdriSoft s.r.o., located at Husitská 107/3, Prague, Czech Republic 13000 (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the Platform.

1. Purpose of the Platform

SellAnyCode.com is an online marketplace that enables software developers to:

  • Buy game source code

  • Sell game source code

  • Share and distribute digital development assets

The Platform facilitates transactions between users but does not create or own the content listed by sellers unless explicitly stated.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create a user account.

By registering an account, you agree that:

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.

  • You will keep your account credentials secure.

  • You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement.

3. Eligibility

To use SellAnyCode.com, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or the legal age in your jurisdiction.

  • Have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements.

  • Use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws.

4. Seller Responsibilities

Users who upload and sell digital products (“Sellers”) agree that:

  • They own the intellectual property rights to the content they upload or have legal authorization to distribute it.

  • Their listings accurately describe the product.

  • Their products do not contain malicious code, malware, or viruses.

  • Their products do not infringe copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

Sellers are solely responsible for the legality and authenticity of the products they upload.

SellAnyCode.com reserves the right to remove listings that violate this Agreement.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

Users who purchase products (“Buyers”) agree that:

  • Purchased products are provided under the license specified by the Seller.

  • Buyers must comply with the license terms included with the product.

  • Buyers may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share purchased content unless explicitly permitted.

All products sold on the Platform are digital downloads.

6. Transactions and Payments

Transactions on SellAnyCode.com may involve payment processing through third-party payment providers.

By making a purchase, buyers agree to:

  • Pay the listed price for the product

  • Accept applicable taxes or fees

Sellers agree that the Platform may charge service or commission fees on transactions.

The Company is not responsible for payment processing errors caused by third-party providers.

7. Refunds and Disputes

Due to the digital nature of downloadable products, purchases are generally non-refundable.

Refunds may be granted in cases where:

  • The product is significantly different from its description

  • The files are corrupted or cannot be accessed

  • The seller agrees to the refund

SellAnyCode.com may review disputes and make a final decision when necessary.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to the Platform, including:

  • Website design

  • Software

  • Branding

  • Logos

is owned by AdriSoft s.r.o. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users retain ownership of the content they upload but grant SellAnyCode.com a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute their content within the marketplace.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

  • Upload pirated or stolen code

  • Distribute malware or harmful software

  • Violate intellectual property rights

  • Engage in fraudulent activities

  • Attempt to interfere with the operation of the Platform

Violations may result in suspension or termination of the user account.

10. Platform Availability

We strive to maintain continuous access to the Platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

SellAnyCode.com may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time without notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdriSoft s.r.o. shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits or revenue

  • Loss of data

  • Damages caused by third-party content

  • Disputes between buyers and sellers

All products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AdriSoft s.r.o., its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from:

  • your use of the Platform

  • violation of this Agreement

  • infringement of intellectual property rights

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you:

  • violate this Agreement

  • engage in fraudulent or illegal activities

  • harm the integrity of the marketplace

Users may stop using the Platform at any time.

14. Changes to the Agreement

We may update this Agreement periodically.

Changes will be posted on this page with an updated Last Updated date. Continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance of the revised Agreement.

15. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic.

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of the Czech Republic.
