The Platform is owned and operated by AdriSoft s.r.o., located at Husitská 107/3, Prague, Czech Republic 13000 (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using SellAnyCode.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility

3. User Accounts

By creating an account, you agree to:

4. Seller Responsibilities
Users who sell products on SellAnyCode.com (“Sellers”) agree that:

Their products do not contain malicious software, viruses, or harmful code.
Sellers are solely responsible for the content they upload and sell on the Platform.
SellAnyCode.com reserves the right to remove listings or suspend seller accounts if content violates these Terms.
5. Buyer Responsibilities
Users who purchase products (“Buyers”) agree that:
Purchases grant a license to use the source code, not ownership of the marketplace or seller’s intellectual property unless explicitly stated.
Buyers must comply with the license terms provided with each product.
Buyers may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share purchased content unless the license allows it.
All products are delivered as digital downloads.
6. Payments and Fees
All payments on SellAnyCode.com are processed through third-party payment providers.
By using the Platform:
Buyers agree to pay the listed price for purchased products.
Sellers agree that SellAnyCode.com may deduct marketplace fees or commissions from sales.
The Company is not responsible for payment processing errors caused by third-party services.

7. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of downloadable products, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.
Refunds may be considered only if:

8. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of the code and assets they upload but grant SellAnyCode.com a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute their content on the marketplace.
9. Prohibited Content
Users may not upload, sell, or distribute content that:
Infringes copyright or intellectual property rights
Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
Violates third-party licenses
Contains illegal or fraudulent material
Misrepresents authorship or ownership
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these rules.
10. Platform Availability

13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:
violate these Terms
engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
harm the operation of the Platform
Users may stop using the Platform at any time.

15. Governing Law
