WAPIdesk - AI WhatsApp Chatbot SaaS

What WAPIdesk Does For Your Clients

1. Triple AI Engine — GPT-4o, Gemini & Groq (Free Tier)

• Three AI Providers: Connect to OpenAI (GPT-4o, GPT-4o-mini), Google Gemini (Gemini 1.5 Pro, Gemini 1.5 Flash), or Groq AI (Llama 3.3 70B — free tier available). Switch providers instantly from the dashboard — no code changes.
• Custom Persona & Brand Voice: Each tenant defines their own AI receptionist name, tone of voice, brand rules, and fallback responses.
• Response Control: Fine-tune AI temperature, token caps, and creativity level per tenant.

2. Custom Knowledge Base & RAG Document Training

• Document Uploads: Train the AI on PDF, DOCX, and TXT files — menus, service lists, pricing sheets, FAQs, policies.
• Website Scraping: Point to any URL and WAPIdesk automatically extracts content into the knowledge base.
• Grounded Answers: RAG ensures the AI only answers from official business documentation — no hallucinations.

3. Dual WhatsApp Gateway Support

• Meta WhatsApp Cloud API: Official high-speed Meta API for enterprise reliability.
• UltraMsg Gateway: Simple QR-code pairing for instant WhatsApp connectivity — no Meta Business Manager needed.
• Auto Webhooks: Automatic webhook verification and secure dispatching.

4. AI Appointment Booking with Conflict Prevention

• Fully Automated Scheduling: The AI guides WhatsApp customers through service selection, date/time, and staff assignment conversationally.
• Zero Double-Bookings: Real-time conflict validation prevents overlapping appointments automatically.
• Automated Reminders: WhatsApp confirmation messages and scheduled appointment reminders sent without any manual action.

• Rich Input Types: Text, radio buttons, dropdowns, checkboxes, phone numbers, and star ratings.
• In-Chat Triggers: AI dynamically delivers form links at the right moment in the conversation.

6. WhatsApp Product Catalog & Shopping Cart

• In-Chat Catalog: Display products with images, descriptions, and prices directly inside WhatsApp.
• Cart & Checkout: Customers browse, build carts, and place orders without leaving WhatsApp.

Flexible WhatsApp Gateway Model

As a platform owner (WAPIdesk reseller), you have full control over how your tenants connect to WhatsApp — and you choose the model that fits your business:

• Shared Gateway Model (All-Inclusive): Configure your own Meta WhatsApp Cloud API or UltraMsg credentials at the Super Admin level. All tenants automatically use your shared gateway — no setup required on their end. Simply bundle the API costs into your subscription price and offer your clients a seamless, single-payment experience.
• Bring-Your-Own-API Model (Dedicated): Allow tenants to connect their own Meta Business Manager account or UltraMsg account directly from their tenant dashboard. This gives each tenant full ownership of their own WhatsApp number and message history, ideal for enterprise clients or agencies managing their own communications infrastructure.
• Hybrid (Smart Fallback): The system is designed to intelligently fall back to the admin’s API keys when a tenant has not configured their own — giving you maximum flexibility with zero manual intervention.

Think of it like email marketing tools — the platform (WAPIdesk) is the software engine, while WhatsApp delivery (Meta API / UltraMsg) is the communication infrastructure. Both models are fully supported and clearly documented.
