The solution provides multi-role operations across executive analytics, catalog and inventory management, order processing with GSTIN tax invoice generation, customer CRM segmentation, marketing campaigns, and coupon management. It also features a customer portal with cart calculations, quick view modals, and a simulated 3-step checkout flow.
Note: The platform includes a built-in local mock data store (src/services/mockDataStore.js) and pre-configured role logins for standalone frontend demonstration. It attaches to live REST APIs via centralized Axios configuration points (VITE_API_BASE_URL).
