Centralized Operations Management

Manage multiple carnival companies and operational workspaces through role-based dashboards. The platform includes dedicated interfaces for platform superadmins, company administrators, operations managers, maintenance managers, ticket managers, HR teams, and employees.

Ride Safety & Inspections

Organize digital safety checklists for rides and food booths, record inspection results, attach photo evidence, add inspector notes, and maintain inspection history for operational reviews.

Maintenance & Work Orders

Create and assign maintenance requests, track work order progress, prioritize urgent repairs, dispatch technicians, and maintain equipment repair histories to support preventive maintenance workflows.

Ticketing & Financial Settlement

Track physical ticket rolls, wristbands, and digital scanner distribution across ticket booths. Review daily settlements, compare cash and card receipts, record discrepancies, and access revenue analytics.
